ProgramWorks™ is a highly versatile web portal that allows you to manage every aspect of your sign program. You can see your project status and follow the progress in detail at any time.
You have secure access to a complete global inventory of site data, site specific data and sign specific data. Real time order tracking and updating gives both you and our employees alike the information needed to manage a successful program.
ProgramWorks is divided into two significant categories.
- Site Management
Site Management shows all activities and products related to any given site or group of sites. - Catalogue
Catalogue allows you to have access to drawings and available sign types. Additionally, program specific products can be viewed and ordered on-line.
ProgramWorks™ is an extremely valuable tool to track site-by-site progress and to have an up-to-date 24-hour globally accessible photo album and filing system of all work in progress!

The following Demo uses Michelin as an example of how ProgramWorks™ helps you stay on top of your projects.
Login Page
Client access to Teksign’s ProgramWorks is by permission only with controlled access via license (Account access is managed by Teksign using the user’s e-mail and confidential passwords.) Teksign can control the number of users at the customer’s request and maintains current records of all users. Upon login in our customer arrive at their Home Page.
Home Page
Upon "Login" the customer arrives at the Home Screen which defaults to the Site Management data. This data is a complete list of all sites. The "Location" cell can be customized to suit client specific location identifiers. This screen can allow the viewer to sort by any of the categorical headings to quickly retrieve the branch they are seeking. Upon selecting a site, by clicking on any cell related to that site they are immediately taken to the Site Specific page. In this case we have selected the Alliance Tire Calgary location on 4th Street.
Site Specific Page
After selecting and "clicking" on a specific location the customer arrives at this screen which details the site specific inventory of signs located on the property. A general site photo appears and can be enlarged for easier viewing by simply clicking on the photo. From this screen the customer can select a specific sign, again by clicking on any cell related to the sign. For the purposes of this demonstration we have selected the Pylon Sign –BNS-800297
Sign Specific Page
The Sign Specific Page displays a sign specific photo and or drawing of the sign. (can again be enlarged by clicking on it) and also details the chronological history of the sign (where available) such as date of quote, order, survey, permit, shipping etc. This data when employed for products under construction is “real time” and updated automatically from our job planning operating system. (E) Estimated Dates convert automatically to (A) dates as milestones are achieved. To see documents relating to this sign or other signs on the site the viewer can click on the "Documents" tab to view them.
Sign Specific Page – Documents
The Documents section can contain any relevant site data in electronic viewing format which can include a chronological history of service on the sign or site, copies of surveys, artwork, permits, or file notes.
In this instance we have identified how the viewer can see the service history of a sign by completed dates.
