We have invested in both technology and processes to manufacture consistent, high-quality signs economically without compromise in our state-of-the-art 84,000 square foot facility.

Our skilled trades people operate our state-of-the-art computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) equipment to ensure both accuracy and quality.

• Robotics ensure continuous welds are accurate.
• Four high-speed CNC routing tables cut rigid materials in sheet sizes up to 40” in length.
• Five moulding presses are capable of forming up to 8’ x 12’ in variable plastic materials.
• Vinyl laminators ensure vinyl graphics are accurately applied to the substrate and in precise registration.
• Computerized vinyl cutting equipment is versatile and flexible to the unique specification of any job.
• Computerized extrusion cutter automatically ensures precise and accurate cuts every time.

Our products meet the stringent requirements of all major quality standards organization including Underwriters Laboratory (UL), the Canadian Standards Association (CSA), the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) and the American Welding Bureau (AWB). Beyond that, they have to meet our standards.
